Educause: 教育中的破坏性创新

中国人说:不破不立,却成为了很多情况下不可逾越的鸡肋,对今天的中国教育改革就面临这样的尴尬。在Educause的这个节选的长篇文章《教育中的破坏性(创新)》中(PDF格式/1.2M),作者认为“理解了破坏性的创新理论能够帮助教育产业的决策者更好地理解如何使在线教育成功等问题”。破坏性创新是一个思考工具,能够从两种类型的创新中发掘出有竞争力的“教育产品”,更可以避免在传统思维范式中兜圈子。与VSM关注管理结构不同,破坏性理论更重视产品创新和商业模式创新的具体实践。
