Yezi will interview Xiaoxiao(A flash designer) on "Nike is warned by a Flash designer on it's new Ad. avatar". The Stickman, claimed by the his lawyer, is the copyright of Xiaoxiao. Basically, I'd like to support any individual if there are such cases. However, in this case, I don't think Xiaoxiao own the "stickman" copyright since there is stickman-like designs over years. Actually, I'd like to believe Xiaoxiao's design is inspired by early designers. We may Google out many similar artworks, many have been existed for decades. Even UML's Actors can be called Stickman.
