Job Name: Senior Developer
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- independently design, spec, schedule at feature level
- Evaluates how new technology affects own feature team, participates in feature definition and design, applies knowledge of customer to design decisions
- Schedules own deliverables accurately, works with Project Owner to make implementation trade-offs
- Writes tight code with no unnecessary abstraction layers, and creates code that is easily used by others
- Independent problem-solving, complete follow-through on technical problems, able to debug unfamiliar code from other groups
- is a reliable contributor to the project team
Requirements:
- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
- At least 5 years development experience
- At least 3 years Windows Platform Development Experience
- Knowledge of Internet/Web Application Development
- Knowledge of Database programming
