分众传媒(中国)控股有限公司Focus Media Holding Ltd.周二申请透过承销商高盛证券(Asia)与瑞士信贷第一波士顿发行1亿美元初始股。

该公司计划以“FMCN”为股票代码，在纳斯达克上市交易美国存托凭证(American Depositary Receipts, ADR)。----[新浪]
