新加坡创业者社区

在新加坡国立大学的一个小型研讨会上，我和大约40位本地的创业者和管理学专业的学生进行了交流。在备受中国文化影响的新加坡，创业精神是否也可能受到同样的社会限制，这是我一直关心的问题。除了用英文表达，这里的团队就像国内的团队，他们考虑问题的方式也很类似。另一点不同的是，在网络创业方面，他们必须思考更加严峻的问题，那就是如何面向用户有限的新加坡市场来开展Web 2.0的试验。归根结底，“长尾效应”需要一个足够长的尾巴，而这个长尾巴，我建议新加坡的创业者关注中国市场。

值得一提的是，这些创业者有很多沟通的机会，他们还建立了自己的Blog群，专门交流分享创业的经验和好想法，这也许是和国内Ideas Factory互动的入口。

Thank you for your link. We have expanded the contents on your talk in the article with a youtube video and also the picture with the SG Entrepreneurs and E27 teams.

On another note, there has been a recent event that concerns freedom of speech, and I was invited by the Straits Times (Singapore's national newspaper) for a political roundtable. You can read the impact of internet in Singapore via web 2.0 in this article, which is in Singapore Angle, a political and social blog which I am involved as well.
